How To Cook Air Fryer Keto Pumpkin Pie Muffins
Preheat the air fryer to 300F. Add cupcake liners to a pan that fits inside the air fryer basket or set the cupcake liners into ramekin bowls.
Combine the cream cheese, powdered and granulated stevia, cream, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Combine with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to a separate bowl. Add the pumpkin puree, melted butter, and eggs to the flour mixture. Mix well until smooth.
Add the pumpkin/flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir in with the electric hand mixer. Spoon into cupcake liners. Air fry 300F for 10-12 minutes.

- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener
- 1/2 cup granulated stevia
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300F. Add cupcake liners to a pan that fits inside the air fryer basket or set the cupcake liners into ramekin bowls.
