- 4 whole garlic bulbs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Cut off the tops of the garlic bulbs.
Place garlic on tinfoil. Cover garlic is the salt and oil.
Air fry at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
Once finished, let cool, and then squeeze the garlic into a bowl. Stir.
Spread onto low carb bread of choice, flaxseed crackers, etc.
