- 2 1/2 cups cauliflower rice
- 2/3 cup shredded cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. Cook cauliflower rice. Let drain and cool off until warm before handling. Squeeze out any excess water in the cauliflower rice in a colander.
Mix together all other ingredients with the cauliflower rice. Form a few medium-sized patties about ΒΌ inch thick. Spray the air fryer basket. Place patties in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 7 minutes. Flip. Air fry for 7 additional minutes, spraying with cooking spray as needed.
