Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. Cook cauliflower rice. Let drain and cool off until warm before handling. Squeeze out any excess water in the cauliflower rice in a colander.
  • Mix together all other ingredients with the cauliflower rice. Form a few medium-sized patties about ΒΌ inch thick. Spray the air fryer basket. Place patties in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 7 minutes. Flip. Air fry for 7 additional minutes, spraying with cooking spray as needed.
