Ingredients
  

  • 6 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups crushed pork rinds
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting. Add the pork rind crumbs and seasonings to a mixing bowl, and combine well. 
  • Brush the pork chops with olive oil. Dip the pork chops into the seasoning mixture and coat all sides evenly. 
  • Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket. Air Fry for 5 minutes, flip over and cook for 5 to 8 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
