- 6 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups crushed pork rinds
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting. Add the pork rind crumbs and seasonings to a mixing bowl, and combine well.
