- 2 cups walnuts raw
- 1/4 cup keto and low-carb sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat the air fryer to 350℉. Line the tray with foil to prevent the syrup from dripping and burning on the bottom.
In a medium bowl mix together all of the ingredients until well combined. Make sure the sugar subsitute has started to melt and the coffee crystals have dissolved.
Pour the nut mixture into the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes. Gently stir the nuts with a spatula and cook for 2-3 minutes longer or until the nuts are shiny and the syrup has thickened.
Pour out on a parchment-lined tray and let cool for at least 15 minutes. The walnuts will harden as they cool.
Serve as a snack with dried fruit or on top of yogurt or ice cream.
