Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup black coffee prepared
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (pumpkin pie mix has added sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream topping

Instructions
 

  • Add the heavy whipping cream, almond milk, pumpkin, stevia, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice into the Instant Pot pan. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Add the lid to the Instant Pot and high-pressure cook for two minutes. Allow a natural release for about five minutes before opening the lid. Stir the mixture before transferring to a heat safe container or pitcher for pouring.
  • Optional for iced coffee: refrigerate the mixture for a few hours to cool the liquid down so it does not immediately melt your ice.
  • Add the prepared black coffee to cups or heat safe glasses. Be sure to leave room for the pumpkin mixture.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture over the black coffee and stir to combine. Add whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, or cinnamon if desired.
