- 2 low-carb pita bread
- 1 cup mozzaerlla cheese shredded
- 4 tablespoons bbq sauce low-carb
- 1/4 cup red onions sliced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper sliced
- 8 cherry tomatoes diced
- 1 sliced jalapeno pepper
- 4 olives sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Take 2 pita bread, spread one tablespoon of bbq sauce over each pita bread
Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over bbq sauce.
Top the mozzarella cheese with vegetable toppings such as red onions, green pepper, cherry tomatoes, jalapeno, olives for both pita base.
Finally sprinkle the pita base with dried oregano, chili flakes, salt & pepper as per your taste.
Place the prepared pita pizza in air fryer and air fry at 400*F for 2 minutes. Repeat the same process for the next pizza.
Pita pizza is done once the cheese bubbles and has golden brown spots. Remove the pizza from air fryer , slice and serve hot.
