Ingredients
  

Big Mac Salad:

  • 8 cups lettuce shredded
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onions diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons French Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon onions minced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add the ground beef to a small baking pan, add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Set the baking pan into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. While the ground beef is cooking up, remember to break it up with a spatula or a pair of tongs.
  • Once the meat is fully cooked, remove it from the air fryer. Drain any excess fat.
  • Place 2 cups of lettuce into a bowl, and top with ¼ of the meat mixture, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, bacon, and cheese.  In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing until well combined.  Drizzle over the salad and serve.
