- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 larges eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted and melted
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, and baking powder, fold in the eggs, butter, and sour cream, mixing well. Fold in the cheese.
Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper. Drop about 1/4 cup-sized dough into the air fryer basket.
Set the temperature to 330 degrees F, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are fully cooked. Remove and let cool, and brush with melted butter, for added flavor!
