Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 larges eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted and melted
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, and baking powder, fold in the eggs, butter, and sour cream, mixing well. Fold in the cheese.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper. Drop about 1/4 cup-sized dough into the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 330 degrees F, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are fully cooked. Remove and let cool, and brush with melted butter, for added flavor!
